Delete your account

This page applies to CBT without a Therapist: Helpy (Android package com.helpy.cbt, iOS bundle com.mycompany.actkptcards) and to the website cbtwithai.com. The developer is CBT without a Therapist.

Delete from inside the app

Open Settings → Delete account → confirm. The account and its data are removed immediately. This cannot be undone.

Delete without the app

Write to hello@cbtwithai.com from the email address the account is registered to, with “delete” in the subject line. We remove the account within 30 days and reply by email when it is done.

You do not need an account or a login to read this page or to send that request.

What is deleted

• your profile and settings;
• every entry in the CBT journal;
• all conversations with the AI assistant, including every message;
• course progress and the answers you gave in exercises;
• the account itself — the email address can no longer be used to sign in.

What is kept, and why

Payment records — the date, the amount and the transaction identifier — are kept for as long as accounting and tax law requires, and no longer. They contain no part of your journal entries or conversations.
